Cpanel - Login Attempt Failed!

I'm new with x10hosting and I just created an account here, everything went well and fine
but now im trying to login on the Cpanel but when i do with my username and password it says: Login Attempt Failed!

Username: leon90
Subdomain: rhoona1.x10hosting.com
Hosting type: Add-Free

I also tryed to change my password but that didnt had any effect still the same Login Attempt Failed msg.

This message came up when i first tryed to logon at the account panel when i typed my username i didnt
know if it was working or not

After that i got an email with some stuff in it, since then i could access my account panel

Anyway i can check if i have combined them?

Your account is linked. However it is showing "Domain Available" which tells me that the account was not created properly. If you want me to create the account again please PM me the Account Details Email and i will be more than happy to get this issue resolved for you.
