cPanel login doesn't work

I have been unsuccessful for the past day in logging in to cPanel. When I try to log in, I don't get anything like a "failed to authenticate" message; the page just reloads, resetting the form.

I'm on Chopin, and I'm using the correct username. A friend on Starka is having the same problem.

Are you using yoursite.blahblah.blah:2082 or chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 or chopin.x10hosting.com:2083.
If you can, try all three. If it still doesn't work, I will contact staff.

Thanks, stpvoice! I was using the URL linked to the "login to cpanel" button on the account management page (which I think is yoursite.blahblah.blah). It doesn't work. I tried chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 and my friend tried starka.x10hosting.com:2082, and both worked. Thanks again!

Sorry to bother you, stpvoice, and everyone else, again. I tried the cpanel login that worked (see above) a second time, and now it no longer works. But then the "yoursite.blahblah.blah:2082" worked, once. Now, neither works. If you could contact the staff, I'd be grateful.

Have you tried https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/ ?
Also, if that fails I'd suggest resetting your password. http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Change_Your_cPanel_Password

You could also try jasonandrewcolwell.co.cc:2082 or jasonandrewcolwell.co.cc:2083
