CPanel Login error

i can´t login in Cpanel.
please help me

I have this same problem. I just registered today for an Ad-Free hosting account and after I received my email saying my account was created (the email after the confirmation of registration), I tried logging in to both cpanel and ftp. Both tell me invalid login details.


My account name is nolife and my email is xero [at] enigmagroup [dot] org

@saffant: You should be able to login to your cPanel using the account username and password.

i cant log in to my hosting it says use my hosting user name. like I know what it is lol. I set my stuff up with the username shallow so it doesnt make sence. then it asked me to link it to cp panal which has nothing in there pertaining to it. Id rather go pay for space.

I'm just curious, does it take a while for everything to fall into place and become active? I signed up about 15 minutes ago, but I get the "domain available" when I load my URL, and I am unable to log into cPanel (Login Attempt Failed!)

Just wondering if it takes a while, or if there really is an issue.
