CPanel login failed

Hello, I have not been able to login to CPanel since my account was created.

My status is: Unsuspended
my username is: bturley

On the suspension history page, I have a suspension with the number 2 after it.

Below is the email I received when I created the free account.

Your x10Hosting free web hosting account has been created successfully. It is available for use immediately.

Here are your hosting account's details:

* Username: bturley
* Password: This is the same as your client account password
* Domain: teamgreenservices.x10hosting.com
* Package: adfree-adfree
* Hosting Server: starka

cPanel can be accessed through our account panel or by using the following URL:

Did you tried to login to cpanel using the link from Account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/control


You can also reset the cpanel password in account panel
