Cpanel login failed

hi,
as last update on the problem with fris
i am having a error when i am accessing a website thet
"Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL"
they told us to login into cpanel and add fris server to mysql settings

But i am unable to login in to cpanel it showing me login attempt failed

Please any one can give me a solution if this problem is only happening with me.

Solution:
just go to update password
and add new password.

and try to login in cpanel
then go to remote mysql
and add " int.fris.x10hosting.com " without quotes and your site is up know check it out
