cPanel Login failed

Hello,

I have created an account and received the confirmation email. I can login to my account just fine. However when I try to login to cPanel for http://wota.x10hosting.com:2082 it says login failed. I used the user ID and password from the email, all lower case, still no dice.

I have reset the password and tried using http://74.86.116.188:2082 to login as well, and still have the same problem.

All the similar threads I have read haven't helped with my problem either.

Thanks for any help.

EDIT: I'm using firefox if that makes any difference.

I also have the same problem but I wasn't able to create my account, my country is blocked, so I had asked a friend to register me... is any IP problem ? And if you are asking, yes he give me the right account infos. edit: I don't think the web browser has any effect, I had tryed several ones
