cpanel login failing

I am trying to login to my cpanel, but it keeps failing. I am using my account username and password. Do I need separate login details for the cpanel? If so, how do I get them?

Hello,

As I told you in IRC, you need to log in here: https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php using your email address and password. You can then see the cPanel username in the top right in a yellow box, and can reset the master account password if need be.
