CPANEL Login Issue and Add-on Domains error

I've noticed this issue since Jun 14 2010 and until now- I can't login to my cpanel and my addon domains were redirecting to cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi... I've checked the nameservers and they were pointing right to the x10hosting nameservers though.

Please let me know what's going on... is the restoration of the server not done yet?

You are on the Lotus server. The work is not completed yet, though staff is working very hard to get everything back to normal as quickly as possible.

Fris is done? I still can't login to my cpanel but I can connect through ftp.

Have you tried to use the 'Login to cPanel' button in the Hosting section of the Account Panel ( https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php ) ?

What URL are you using to try to log into cPanel? What are you using for FTP?

i can login to the account panel- and im using filezilla as my ftp client. And I tried to access the cpanel through the account panel and via my domain also. but it says, login attempt failed even I entered the correct password.

Could you try to use the Account Panel to change your password (it changes both Forum and cPanel password at the same time to the same thing --- 'old password' is your current Forum password) ?

Give the system a bit to digest the change and then try again.

If that fails, I will escalate.
