cpanel login issues

Hi,

I just created my free hosting account and wanted to log on to cPanel to configure a MySQL db but I can't seem to connect to cPanel. it constantly returns me to the login page even though i have entered the correct username and pass.

I checked status page, but nothing seems down.

I tried going directly to cpanel using http://dataprooutsource.com:2083 but that still wouldn't let me in.

Any help highly appreciated.

Your forums account is not linked with any hosting account, What is your cPanel username?

Your Hosting Account with cPanel username "yudaman" exists but It is not linked with any forums account. You should link it to your forums account to avoid suspension.

Go to Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with email address (the email that you used while signup) and password.
Go to "Account" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "forum account". you will get this message

You currently do not have a forum account linked to your client account. Swap forum usernames if you have an existing client account with an incorrect forum link.

Click on "Swap forum usernames" link. Enter credentials of this forums account there and then click on "Swap Forum Account link"

Note: Make sure that the email of client account and forums account is same, otherwise you will get an error.

@about your current problem:

Your cPanel is working fine on URL http://dataprooutsource.com:2082
Try login here with cPanel username and password. If login still not working then try resetting your password in Account Panel

Thanks for that Zubair. I've swapped my forum link account now.
Still no luck with the cpanel login. I've reset the password but still unable to login.

Are you getting a Login Attempt Fail Error ?

Hello Vishal. I have just managed to login. Earlier i was not getting a fail attempt message ... just a return to the login page with no associated message. However when i tried from another ISP (connection) when i attempted to login using https://dataprooutsource.com:2082 i got the firefox warning that the certificate was invalid, accepted it and had it permanently stored i can now login in with no probs.

Ok you can avoid that certificate issue if you use this link https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/
