Hello, I just recently created a ad free account, and recieved my email (this is a kind of recreate account, as my other website got terminated due to inactivity) But I still am confused.
I got my email, and it says this (copy + paste)

Password: wellwash

And I try to log into cPanel using the address, and the username + password, but i cannot. I have tried many things, from my username here (jrudnik) my old account (photoscope), and a username i use somewhere (trotium) with the password wellwash.
any help would be appreciated.

Because I really need an answer as I have to go very soon.
Also, does x10 hosting support chyrp?

and also, I am located on either the
"Skyy" server (thats what it said when i checked it on the server checker site)
or the
"Absoult x10" (thats what it says on the account summary page)
