cpanel login not found

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am not sure if perhaps there is a delay in cpanel being set up given that I created my account around an hour ago but I cannot login to the cpanel.

From the Account Panel page I have tried the link provided which is: http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/

and I've also checked the knowledge base and tried as that says:

http://abertawe.x10hosting.com:2082

No luck with either, page does not exist.

Please help!

http://abertawe.x10hosting.com:2082 is working and asking for cpanel username and password.

The cpanel username may be different from the account panel username. Check it and try to login

Thanks. It must be at my end then because I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and ie browsers and the page will not load at all.

I'll investigate.

Clear the browser cache and retry. It will work.

Sorted. Blocked by the firewall.
