Although I had tried many times,I couldn't manage to reach cPanel to set mySQL database settings...Is there a problem with the link given to me by your website...Here is the link :https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/

What's the error you get? If it has to do with an invalid certificate, this is caused by a self-signed one. You can add an exception or use the standard login at http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082

Actually, for Boru, the certificate seems to fine right now.

If it simply says Connection Failed (or something related, your ISP/firewall might be blocking the cPanel ports. Try to access http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082 through a proxy server like http://www.hidemyass.com.
