Cpanel login problem account possibly removed

My friend had opened and account a long time ago and She had never touched it so it was suspended and the possibly removed (as I suspect).
Allegedly she has tried unsuspension and a change of password with no avail.
Currently she can login to the forums and the account management site but not to cPanel. Furthermore on a teamviewer session that I had with her the unsuspension attempt had been rejected or something.

It appears to me that the account is still active but there may be some issue with the account.
So, I am going to escalate this and let staff take a look at it.
Hopefully they can sort things out for your friend.
