Cpanel Login problem

There is a serous problem going in x10hosting ... I am unable to login into my hosting account cPanel inspite of giving correct login info ... No one of the support executives are assisting me ... I have some important data on the server which is inaccesible to me
No one is solving my problem ... i am facing this problem from past week and waiting for a response from x10hosting team ... i would request the whole X10hosting group to check the issue and solve this immediately as i am facing huge difficulty because of Cpanel inactivity ...

Your account was temporarily suspended as part of the server migration process.
I have now unsuspended your account.
If you have difficulty accessing cPanel try this:
Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
Then try login to cPanel again.
Any other problems just post back and we will assist you farther.
