cPanel login problem

I searched and I didn't see anything similar to my problem.
My website is up and working, I just can't get to cPanel.

I'm not a new member, I've been around for a while now. When I go to:
http://tohya.pcriot.com:2082/

I get the login screen for cPanel. I enter my name and password, hit login, the page clears and goes right back to the login screen.

BTW I've cleared my cache and tried both firefox and IE. IE gives a script error:

This is still not working from my main computer. I've flushed the DNS and cleared my cache numerous times. I've tried both IE and Firefox. I cannot get past the login screen to the cPanel.

If I misspell my username or password I get a failed login screen, but if I enter them correctly it just goes right back to the login prompt.

When I try using a different computer I can log in fine. What am I missing?

Well, it's been a week now that I can't log into my cPanel. I've found that I can FTP to and from my files, so at least I can do basic maintenance, but I would *really* like to get cPanel working again on my main computer.

Thank you DefecTalisman!!!, not sure why my DNS isn't working, but the IP link worked great!
