cPanel login problem

Dear all,

I am unable to login to cPanel. Actually I do not know which Username should be used. Is it the same with the one we use in x10 Hosting?
I do not remember to have signed on a different site (apart from x10 Hosting and Forum).
My domain is http://picexchanger.x10hosting.com

Could you give my your contact e-mail address, sub domain and approx date of when you created your account.

2. How can I find the sub domain information?
3. From x10 Hosting response emails for Account Activation, the creation date of the account should be approximately the 19th Aug 2008 (last week)

Your cPanel username is fragouio.

You were suspended for not changing the default index page. During a suspension cPanel is locked. I have unsuspended your account. Please change the index page.
