My cPanel address http://psiea.org:2082 is not working. I can not login. I registered the domain elsewhere. This is similar to what some other users here have experienced. But I still don't know how to fix the problem. Please help. Thanks.

Yes. I did both. The problem still insists.
I type in http://psiea.org:2082, a Firefox "Authentification Required" window pops up and requires username and password. I type in my username and password as what I used to enter this forum, it didn't work. Then I click on "Cancel", it took me to the cPanel page under my domain psiea.org:2082. I use my username and password, it says "Login Attemp Failed".
That's it.

Visit http://x10hosting.com/account and login with your forum username and password.
You can then change your cPanel password there.

Try logging in at http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082
http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082 works! What should I do? Should I use this instead of psiea.org:2082?

For now yes. psiea.org:2082 may start suddenly working.
