Cpanel login problems, ftp login problems, Joomla! database error page

Hi, I read that the accounts have been restored but I can't login to CPanel or the FTP server and Joomla! is reporting a database link error.
My website is avant.elementfx.com

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Please open separate thread for each of your problems.
