I cannot login to cPanel and my webpage returns the following error:

Access denied for user 'rugyko_rugyko'@'10.1.0.230' (using password: YES) [1045]

I tried to change my cPanel password, but it did not solve the problem. It did not show any errors, however the new password does not work either.

Thanks in advance!

For cpanel try http://cpanel.travianbot.exofire.net with recently changed password.

When I visit your site http://travianbot.exofire.net i am getting

Error establishing a database connection

You need to check the database details in your config file.

Database host should be localhost and

Backup the database first
For confirmation recreate the database user and assign to the database again with all privileges.

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on View Suspension Report on Right Sidebar. See if any suspension report there..

Now I could log in to cPanel with this link. Sorry, I did not know that the method of accessing cPanel has been changed. I did not find it anywhere.
Regarding to the database issue, there are no databases associated with my account.

The error message that I mentioned above is showed by the forum: http://travianbot.exofire.net/forum/

I just checked it again and it shows a different message:
#07000(proxy) all backends are down [1105]

I saw earlier that there were some problems with the MySQL server, so my database probably disappeared only because of some maintenance work.

The latest status update says that the issue has been resolved, but unfortunately my database has not returned yet.
