cpanel login problems

I created the free account last week, and haven't been able to log in to cpanel yet.

I've tried going here: https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ and no luck. I've tried it with the hidemyass proxy, and no luck. I've tried resetting the password so the all three sites have the same password (account access, forum access and cpanel) and I can get into two of the three. Still cpanel is off limits - "login attempt failed".

Any ideas?

Are you using the correct login details? Your username for cPanel is not the same as your username for account panel and forums.

I am attempting to log in with the username specified next to the words "Free Hosting" on my account page, right before the ">> View Details" button. I believe I'm doing everything right, it's just not letting me in.

First of try reseting your password by saying "i forgot my password"and then add the email you signed up with. Follow the steps and reset your password, then try it again.

Been there, done that. 3 times last week, and once today. Any other ideas?
