cpanel login problems

Just opened a new account .

I can get into the account back end but cannot access cpanel with my info. I've used the info given to me in my welcome email and also tryed my forums username and password. It will not allow me to log into cpanel

Please help

Yes Yes I have exacly I mean exacly the same problem!!!! I've eaven prite a post for this but the admins are just ignoring me and I don't know why.

I didn't read the rules before I posted.

I think they stated in the rules that we have to wait 2 days for the cpanel to get created. So i'm just going to wait and hope
