Hello amazing x10 support team,
I'm facing similar issues to other recent posters. I'm able to login to my account up to the "Open Cpanel" page, then it times out with a "site cannot be reached" error.
I'm afraid my account may have been purged due to inactivity since November 2019? If so, I would be so grateful if a request could be made to reactivate it. If this is indeed the case, I will be extra vigilant to login in regularly.
