I have been unable to login to my cPanel account for many days, kindly resolve this issue as I would like to return my website to a fully functional status.

Your cPanel URL is http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 , make sure you are trying to login there.
Also try resetting your cPanel password.
Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
