cPanel Login

I cannot login to the cPanel, and my website is still not back up since the move/update. I go to the "View Details" page, and I select "Login to cPanel." After this I come to the cPanel login page, but it gives me an invalid login message, and will not let me login just by entering my username/password (get the same invalid login error). Also, when I try to FTP in it won't let me login.
