Hello,
For some reason my forums login is wild_crazy_finally86 and my unsername to control panel is calikat... when I try and configure my ftp server is will not login with neither user names. I have tried changing my password and i have followed all instructions accordingly can you please fix this problem.

Pass: your cPanel pass
Port: 21
