Cpanel login

So it seems i have the same problem as most, i created a new account and found that i cant log in to my Cpanel.

Account details:

Username: ncd1
Password: ******

Domain: ncd1.x10Hosting.com
Hosting Package: Advanced
E-mail: smithy1135@hotmail.co.uk



It would be much appreciated if i could have it reset :biggrin:

You need to use the account username and password to login to the cPanel.

I tried it with this username (forum) and ncd1 as the username, neither work.

EDIT: I Cant login to my account now, get this error:

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Have you made any changes to the website? If you have not i will create the account again and send you a private message containing the password.

No changes made at my end Apart from changing it from Advanced to Static to stay Ad free.

Just got home and tried it out with new account and still doesnt work :/

I've just re-created your account and PMed you a new password.

To login to your AMP (http://x10hosting.com/account) you should use your FORUM username and password.
To login to your cPanel (http://ncd1.x10hosting.com:2082/) you should use your HOSTING username and password.

Tell me if it's working now.
