Cpanel logon page does not load

I cannot log on to my cpanel even though it should be online:

Most likely causes:

• <LI id=causeNotConnected>You are not connected to the Internet. <LI id=causeSiteProblem>The website is encountering problems.
• There might be a typing error in the address.

The problem started yesterday.

I have tried at work and at home with same result (different networks). It was loading OK 2 days ago.

It's not related to our servers, It must be something with your ISP's. I've had a friend test it off US Shores, and It's working fine.
