Cpanel mysql connection error

Server: Absolut
Website: http://comprep.pcriot.com/pcs/

When I try to access mysql databases from cpanel if I wait for about 2 - 3 minutes I get this message:
Error while connecting to MySQL. Failover enacted.

Then it acts like it's continuing to load but nothing new arises.

You are on absolut and this server is facing temporary MySQL problem, so please wait for sometime and then try and if even after then problem persist then other members will help you here.

Alright then, I just noticed the post by Boss is Best in regards to the absolut server as well.
