Cpanel name deleted?

I have been inactive on my cpanel for a bit since I have been on vacation. Well I am wondering what may have happened while I was gone or if I have done something that will get my account deleted, I am not sure if it even is deleted though.



My forum name is admintwo, and it has been verified or linked to my cpanel username, but when I tried to log in it says that I have to link it again,.......giving an error saying my cpanel name does not exist. I am not sure where to go with this for now.

anyone have any ideas?.............

If I can't fix it, is it possible to have x10hosting, delete all databases I have with x10hosting, (if they are not already deleted) and for me to make a new account, but link it with my current forum username.

And if what I stated above is illegal or agianst the agreement for x10hosting, please say so, so that I may not commit such crimes and try to find another host that may be at least as helpful and needed as this x10hosting, hosting company.

If you were inactive and your account was suspended ( Not logged in once in a two week period ) you would of had 10 days to resolve the suspension or the account would of been terminated by the system.

You are welcome to resign up though. Please be sure to logout completely, clear temp files / cookies prior to resigning up.

Ow Ok, I guess I did get everything deleted. Thankyou for responding in such a timely manner, less then 1 hour now responses like this made me leave my paid hosting company.

Will make another one from the beginning I guess.
