CPanel not accessible, Stoli pinging but mysql down

Hi,

My username is ajayesh. Domain is techguru.x10hosting.com. My CPanel on stoli isn't accessible. Have tried both ports - 2082 and 2083. The page isn't available. Have cleared my DNS cache as well as browser cache and tried but no luck.

My site main page is accessible but the rest is error with database connection. Am unable to debug due to CPanel inaccessibility.

Please check and revert at the earliest.

Stoli cPanel loading fine here. Make sure your firewall or router is not blocking these ports.
