Cpanel Not Accessible

Hi
When i try to access the control panel, i get redirected to
https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083/login/
and message is "This webpage is not available." and the error code is
"Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out."

Please let me know what is wrong. Also i want to know is there any way of upgrading my account to paid and what are the plans. My budget is less.

Your server is encountering server moves. The server move is complete, but the files are still being restored. You will need to wait until the accounts are restored on the new server before you can access your account. Keep up to date on the latest status updates at http://status.x10hosting.com

Hi, I have the same problem. It was mentioned that the file restoration process is almost complete as of 14th. Today is the 16th. Any idea when it will be back up and running again?
