Help admin please my Cpanel password isn't working

I am unable to log in to
http://cheapo.x10hosting.com:2082

but on this http://x10hosting.com/account my forum user and pass works

also is it possible for me to remove the ads here and replace it with a different one?

help please

You can reset your password in the http://x10hosting.com/accounts page under account details.

I had it changed, I know my password but I still can't access my Control Panel what esle am I doing wrong? I even changed it temporarily to a more simplier password but I still can't access my cpanel, I click on the cpanel link on my account management panel.
my forum user name and account username is the same
even the e-mail add the only difference is the password

I am going to email you a new password to your email address on file. It will come from my personal email address. Once you get it, and login you should change it.

When I reset the password it takes a few minutes to change over. You then need to delete your browsers cache files so it doesn't see the cached version of your cPanel.
