cPanel Not Displaying Properly

I can log into cPanel fine but once in it only displays "cpsrvd/11.24 Server at phantomcode.x10hosting.com"
I have checked my user control panel and it says my account is in good standing yet I am unable to access my site at phantomcode.x10hosting.com or use cPanel.

Sorry if this is something stupid but I have searched and I can't work out what's wrong.

Try again after some time. it may be some small server problem. May be some maintenance work is going on. or load on the server increases.

75% of the time, if you are having an issue with your X10 hosting account, it's a server wide issue and the staff are already aware of it and working on it. If you ever have a problem that persists for more than a few hours, please post here and make us aware of the issue so that we may start troubleshooting it.
