cPanel NOT loading ?

I've had my cpanel page open for at least 2 hours now and although I can see the header bar e.g. Home, Help, Logout, the rest of the page isn't loading.
I've tried both 2083 and 2082 ports and i'm on the chopin server.
Can anyone help ?
