cpanel not reachable

hi,
i am not able to reach cpanel login.
i've tried following links (googled a little on "x10hosting cpanel"):
- https://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2083
- http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082
- https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/
- http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/login/

each attempt resulted with timeout.
even pinging cossacks.x10hosting.com results in timeout (although server name resolved in IP address)!

please direct me what to do as i am about to update my hosted web site content (which i am not able currently,
as neither web access to cpanel, not ftp login succeeds)!

http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/login/ is the one that you should be using as that is the server you are on, I just tried it and it worked fine. Please try and report back. Thanks

it was firewall on my coorporation laptop that obviously did prevent connecting to
http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/login/
