Well i'm not sure why but I have never been able to un-zip files with Cpanel on my X10 account, is this the same case for everyone or isit just me? Does it mean I have to upgrade my PHP to the advanced option?
no, cpanel is not dependant on your php version. Are you sending in zip files, or are they tar or rar type files? Ive only had issues with password proteted zips and rar files.
