cPanel Not Working Properly

Respected x10hosting Team,

We think there is some problem in our cpanel. When we first switched to it we found some error as we clicked on expand stats ("[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]") and when we clicked on the above error we got content as follows :

We hope you solve our matter as soon as possible as we have to host our study related site for our students.
And other thing we noticed is we are not given unmetered space for storage as we will host some contents for our students as notes and all. Please do help us as soon as possible and do also look after disk storage matter.
