CPanel not working/Website unavailable

Hi guys, just wanted to say that I can't login to my cPanel: http://neurosylum.pcriot.com:2082 and my homepage: http://neurosylum.pcriot.com says "domain available".

Just wondering for future reference, do I have to keep reporting that my website and cPanel are down? Or should I wait it out?
