You are on stoli server and is is working fine. Any specific errors your are getting?

Were you ever able to access your cPanel before at either of these addresses? :

http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082
http://ems.x10hosting.com:2082

If not, there may be a firewall or antivirus program blocking access to Stoli or port 2082.
