CPanel - Not Working

My CPanel login page won't load at all ...

But my site is ... it stop working when I changed my DNS setting on my new domain name.

It is working for me right now. Try clearing your temp files.

My domain is working perfectly right now ...

Can't access my CPanel by the address or by the IP address ... in IE or Firefox.

But I'm at work right now ... might be the Port thingy, I think all our ports are block except the one for HTTP protocol (80 - I think :ermm
