Cpanel not working

Hi,
I've just set up an account (I had one a long time ago with the same details but now its dead due to inactivity) and my cpanel just gives me a blank page (http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082/)

I cannot view my domain either brett.pcriot.com

Is this due to a problem or will it just take a while for the cpanel to activate?
