cPanel on lotus keeps going down

I'm on Lotus server and keep losing cpanel too.

This might be a temporary problem.
Lotus cpanel is working fine at the moment..

It was intermittent but it's been down for a while now. I was working on wordpress and getting an out of memory message up. I guess someone has abused the system in one way or another.

I was checking out a different theme and can't put the original one up
