Cpanel page can not be displayed

Hi
I have just created a new account and just recently attach my domain name to this account. After doing which i can not access the Cpanel. I try different browsers and computers but no to avail. I've used this site before, and i've never had this issue, the only difference this time is that ive have a domain name this time. So i have a feeling it is the domain name is effecting access to the control panel.
