Cpanel Parked Domains prob

Sorry to repost but i still have the same prob refer to

the site is still show up the same

i have tryed on 2 diff pc diff isp's same result plus my Parked Domains still dont show up but says its alrady config'd

how can i request lev2 support ?

Your main domain will not show up as a parked domain.

Can you please open up the command prompt, run ping bbcj.x10hosting.com and paste the output here.

Ping request could not find host bbcj.x10hosting.com. Please check the name and
try again.

Do i need to add nbbcj.info to the addon domain part of cpanel ?

Try it now. I have made some changes to your DNS zones and I've Re-Parked nbbcj.info for you. Make sure you flush your DNS and clear your cache.
