CPanel password error

I am having trouble logging onto my CPanel. I can log onto absolutely EVERYTHING else on x10hosting except for CPanel. I've successfully changed the CPanel Password multiple times now and tried the new password without any result at all. I keep getting a log in failed message. I have several school grades riding on me getting logged in. I need this resolved ASAP please!!!

Did you trying ussin "mcternan" like username?
The cPanel information is the only place that have different information to access.
