cPanel password stopped working

cPanel username: douglasm
site: tf9.x10hosting.com
package: ad-free hosting
server: absolut

I can get to the cPanel login screen just fine, but the exact same username and password that worked earlier today just give me a "Login Failed" message now. I have not changed my password, and I can still login to the forums and account manager.

Same error, Login Attempt Failed. I am absolutely certain I typed both my username and password exactly correct, case included.

My account was suspended until about 4:30 yesterday and my cPanel login only worked in the brief period between the unsuspension and the server reboot. Is it possible the reboot somehow partially messed up the record on my account's suspension status?

I assume you mean in the Account Details section of that page, as there's nothing clearly indicated as being for cPanel and that's the only password change available there that I can see.

Password reset, confirmation page showed it correctly, still can't login to cPanel.

douglasm, your account is showing up as suspended in JM. I have unsuspended it, can you please try again? Sorry about this :(.
