cPanel password

hi guys..
for some reason my Index page (and most of the files) have been removed from the server..
on the top of that my cPanel password is not working .. not on web or ftp interface..
to reset it I'm asked about my childhood nick name!?? lol!
i dont remember ever being asked about that here.. or anywhere else in a long long time..

anyway, I need my cPanel password reseted or something so I can fix the page
or else it will be suspended due to lack of Index page :dunno:...

Escalating to staff, So they will reset the cpanel password for you. As you forgot the security answer
