cPanel Password

I've forgot my cPanel password. Please reset the password and send it to my registered email.

Login to account panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php .There go to hosting menu on top .There you can update password.

It's asking me to put the current password and I FORGOT my current cPanel password.

I am guessing it is asking for your current password as your control panel password.

I got the problem. I'm able to reset the password for my client account and my forum account but the cPanel password isn't getting updated. It says as follows:

Update to your hosting account password. result
A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: F97449A3


Please suggest.

If that is your password there I suggest taking it off. Seems your webhosting account is on the old absolut. I guess you will have to wait for a staff member to move your account to the new server as they are still migrating right now.

Ohh.. so that's the problem.. can you please tell me when it's going to finish because I'm facing such problem since last 6-7 days.

Thank you. The server migrations have been going on for this whole week or two. It should finish soon. Check the news and http://status.x10hosting.com/ for status. I will monitor this thread, if the admins have time I will notify them to move your account.
