Cpanel Password

I have forgotten the cpanel password set to my account. I have entered it wrong numerous times and there is no option 'forgot password'

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

I can not access cPanel either, I tried your suggestion Zubair and still can not login.

I have the same problem as above ^. I have changed the password and everytime i try to log into the cpanel it says 'Login Attempt Failed!'

But it has changed my forum password

PM me your password, please change your password to something random if you don`t want to expose your password. I will investigate into this issue.

For some reasons Account Panel is only updating forum and client account passwords, but not updating cPanel password. I have reported this issue to admins now. They will fix it soon.
