Cpanel password

Sorry to be a pain, but could you please reset my cpanel password.
I couldn't find a way of resetting it in my account management panel.

Username: passives
Domain: PassiveAggressor.x10Hosting.com

You are able to reset the password in the account management panel.

I can, and have managed to change my account password on the Account Management panel however,
I have no option to change my CPANEL password. (and hense because of losing my original cpanel password, I cannot access it).
What have I missed?

Unfortunatly I still can't log into it I'm guessing Ive got my cpanel username wrong instead (sigh)
I've been assuming my cPanel username is the same as my account username, is that wrong?

Yes. Your cPanel username is passives. Do not use the forum account to login to your cPanel.

I thought it would be, thanks.
I'm now sure I'm using the correct username & password for my cpanel, but my login still fails.booo.
Are there problems with the cpanel due to the server move?
I haven't done anything with my account for quite a while ( its current status is unsuspended ).
Do I need to do anything else to enable the panel.
Any ideas?
